Nokucheese is part bakery, part cheese merchant, part cheesemaker, and part café. We make a special rustic potato bread that goes well with cheese, pretty nice original sandwiches made with high quality ingredients, nice side dishes, and American-style cheesecake

Jason blends a bit of Seattle style with Japanese ingredients. The menu evokes a style of deli/cafe that was popular in the 1990s in his hometown, with lots of herbs and spices.
